The team has presence across the globe from India, China to Americas with our senior management in HK & UK London. This is a great opportunity to work in a world class environment on cutting edge micro service architecture and cloud implementation.Principal Accountabilities:- He/She should be willing to work in shifts and be on “On call ROTA”.- Good knowledge of platform activities, incident, problem management and production support processes of tickets and defect management.- Knowledge on REST API and DevOps automated CI/CD pipeline and deployments will be an advantage- The person should have substantial experience in working for production support in digital systems.- Having prior experience in DevOps environment is an advantage.- Knowledge and hands on work in Splunk and AppDynamics will be a great asset.- ITSO expertise will be an advantage.- Expert in Service Management and process.- Possess an adequate English level to strike up conversations with stakeholders.Requirements- Experience in Java Web services SOAP/REST, JSON, APIS- Software Production support analyst with willingness to take occasional code fixes.- Knowledge about CICD Pipeline (Jenkins)- Good Scripting language knowledge (like Python)- Hands on Version control tool like GIT.- Knowledge about cloud (Preference to AWS)- ITIL certification will be an advantage.- Lead, Mentor, guide and train team members.- Good knowledge and working experience in Agile / scrum / Kanban methodologies.- The SRE DevOps Engineering build tools that may require UI/ web browser development skillsAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
