Production Line Maintenance MgmtMinimum Industrial, electrical Engineering, mechanic, computer if possibleMasters degree.Experience: At least 13years experience Knowledge needed in:Maintenance,onsite support, analysis for SMT machinery (Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline,etc.)development and Analysis.Knowledge: Statistical analysis, leadership, standard work, lean tools (SMED,TPM, 5’s, OEE, etc.)Abilities:English 80%, Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks, wellorganized and focused towards obtaining results.SMT programming, develop improvement projects, detect detractors ofefficiency, attend meeting of the project team, training to technicians, andfollow up to efficiency strategies currently implemented.Job DescriptorProduction Line Maintenance Mgmt : Oversees the maintenance of production equipment. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. Maintains inventory and/or spare parts. Schedules manufacturing activities.
