Maintenance Coordinator

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be in charge of keeping the plant assets in operation and reducing downtime due to equipment failures.You will be located at the Leon plant, and will report directly to our Plant Manager.LI-Onsite**Key Responsibilities**- You will design and implement a preventive maintenance plan.- You will perform failure analysis of corrective maintenance failures- You will maintain spare parts budget in balance- You will participate in all activities related to the EHS department- You will assign activities to work team- You will maintain work environment, engagement and professional development of the team in charge.- You will be in charge of monitoring and tracking indicators in the area.**Qualifications**- Required education: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or other)- Experience in the position: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in related positions.- Knowledge in: Automation and control (electrical and power) TPM (methodology of mtto), Mechanics and Hydraulics, preventive and corrective maintenance.- Personnel management (experience with at least 6 people in charge, technical level).- Desirable skills: Chemical processes.- English level: Advanced and technical (communication with CORP).You will have benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
