We are looking for your experienceiQor México, a leading company in the market in administrative collection processes, is looking for its next solutions Specialist.for one of our clients specialized freight shipping & logistics services.A Solutions Specialist will be required to obtain a maximum volume of profitable freight in his/her territory. The Solutions Specialist must provide responsive customer service and coordinate with operations to exceed their expectations. A Solutions Specialist will serve as the customer’s point of contact through in person meetings to help meet their logístical needs. Must have 2+ years in B-B (Business to Business) sales or equivalent.Primary ResponsibilitiesTravels throughout assigned territory to meet customers in person on a regular basis and cultivates a good relationship with all traffic persons, purchasing agents, production supervisors, sales representatives, executives, distributors, and agents who influence the decision on routing trafficKeep the customer informed of new service points and improvements in company serviceAssist the customer with obtaining a rate agreement and submit the request to our pricing coordinators through the T-1 Pricing information formRegularly check on major accounts to ensure we are meeting our On-Time service promisesComplete reports of monthly customer activities to identify their current level of businessProvide information on rates and rate changesSubmit itineraries on a weekly basis for coverage areas to maximize efficiency when visiting customersMaintain a positive relationship with drivers in his/her area and discuss possible leadsCommunicate customer’s equipment requirements and hours of service to the service center operationsInform the customer of our Speed Service and Expedited abilitiesManage transportation and entertainment expenses in an expense report that is submitted weeklyKeep a record of your daily sales calls and enter them in our computer systemHandle customer complaints through the appropriate channelsJob QualificationsEducation: Bachelor´s degree in international bussiness or equivalent.Own car**Experience**:2+ B-B (Business to Business) sales experience or equivalentSalary Offer:- Gross base salary $34,100.00- Work day Monday to Friday.- Monthly food vouchers $800.- Car maintenance $8,400.00- Gas $2,000.00**Benefits**:- Major Medical Expenses Insurance.- Life Insurance- Home office (according to performance)
