As a member of our team, you will:- field inbound phone calls and use your home improvement knowledge to help homeowners submit rich project descriptions and connect with pros- answer general support questions- deliver high quality customer service- Your success is measured by customer satisfaction, defined SLAs, customer conversion and qualitative communications scores.**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED**- 2+ years working in customer-facing roles required.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
