Role Overview The Commercial Director will be a key member of the Country Management Team responsible for to increase sales volumes (in terms of fleet and customer numbers) loyalty business sustainability and order profitability ensuring a high level of consulting experience that is perceived as high for the customer. Deep understanding of the market research industry including business models products services and solutions. Own the P&L Take full ownership of the regional sales budget revenue targets and performance metrics. Drive performance Establish clear goals quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and manage performance to ensure consistent achievement. Accelerate customer adoption Work with partners to extend reach lead contract negotiations Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer happiness and success Ability to adapt strategies according to the specifics of each account technical requirements language knowledge of specific systems and the needs of the Mexican market. Key Requirements 5-10 years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and progressive sales leadership experience Proven track record in B2B sales ideally within the automotive leasing or mobility sectors. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills (written and verbal). Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working independently. Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet / exceed targets. Proficient Spanish and English Knowledge Skills & Experience: High level of attention to detail Experience in vehicle leasing fleet management or related industries is advantageous. Creative thinker with ability to identify and implement improvements The ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines The ability to think act and make decisions under pressure Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Openness to learning change and continuous improvement.
