As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide strategic direction and technical leadership while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets exceptional performance standards. In this role you will play a key role in:* Designing and implementing cutting-edge features using advanced data structures, algorithms (DSA), and object-oriented programming principles* Leading the full software development lifecycle from complex requirements analysis through architecture design, coding, testing, and successful deployment* Developing robust WPF applications with clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code that adheres to best design principles* Creating and optimizing SQL queries to ensure efficient data management and retrieval for autonomous systems* Overseeing the integration of software with advanced hardware components to optimize autonomous operations* Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in technical areas including OOP concepts, design patterns, and WPF development## **Your profile*** Good **conversational English** skills (B2, C1, C2)* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field* **4-6 years of experience** in software development (Mid & Senior levels)* Expert proficiency in **C# programming language** and strong command of **data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming** concepts* Demonstrated experience with **WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)** development (must-have)* Proven ability to **write and optimize SQL queries** for complex data operations* Strong understanding of **software design principles and patterns** with experience applying them to real-world problems* Experience with **Agile or Scrum** methodologies and excellent problem-solving abilities* Exceptional **communication** skills to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively across teams* Empowered Careers with Purpose: Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.
