**ABOUT US**We are a physician-led company dedicated to improving recovery through science-backed supplements in the U.S. Our products are crafted with clinically supported ingredients in FDA-registered facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and transparency for every customer.**WHAT WE OFFER**- Monthly salary of $21,000 gross (bruto)- Schedule Monday to Friday from 9AM to 2PM.- Year-end bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days.- Savings fund: 10% (capped at 1.3 UMAM).- Grocery vouchers: 10% of base salary (capped at $1,302.84 MXN).- Life insurance: Coverage of $200,000 MXN.- Individual Major Medical Expenses Insurance**ABOUT THE ROLE****MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**- Manage and coordinate daily supply chain operations for e-commerce channels, mainly Amazon FBA.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.- Perform inventory reconciliations to ensure data consistency between warehouse systems and e-commerce platforms.- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners to ensure timely order processing and shipping.- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation, customs compliance, and carrier coordination.- Collaborate with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.- Maintain compliance with platform-specific requirements (Amazon policies, labeling, packaging standards, etc.).- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably with exposure to e-commerce channels (Amazon FBA, Walmart Marketplace, etc.).- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (B2-C2)- Strong understanding of Amazon/FBA operational processes and compliance requirements.- Proficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination, knowledge of multi-channel e-commerce platforms.- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting (Excel, ERP systems, or similar).- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $21,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
