En Gou, cada colaborador es clave para nuestro éxito, y hoy buscamos talento con inglés intermedio para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Costumer Service Representative**Requisitos**:- **Inglés avanzado (indispensable)** - Tratarás con clientes internacionales.- Licenciatura en Administración o afín (trunca o pasante).- 1 año de experiência en atención a clientes o roles similares.- Manejo de herramientas digitales como CRM, chatbots y redes sociales.- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Azcapotzalco (a 5 minutos del Metro Camarones).**Responsabilidades**:- Resolver consultas y reclamaciones complejas de clientes.- Atender solicitudes vía WhatsApp, correo y teléfono.- Investigar y gestionar soluciones efectivas a quejas.- Crear y optimizar procesos para mejorar la experiência del cliente.**Habilidades clave**:- Comunicación efectiva y asertiva.- Rapidez en la respuesta y solución de problemas.- Orientación al servicio y atención al detalle.- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.**Beneficios**:- Sueldo de $15,000- 30 días de aguinaldo- Prestaciones de ley- Bono de puntualidad- Seguro de vida y seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Plan de ahorro- Horario flexible de entrada- 30 días de aguinaldo- Horario de lunes a viernesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicosLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
