Production Leader

Join us as a **Production Leader.****Job Summary**Oversee all aspects of manufacturing process, including planning, organizing, and directing workers to ensure that material are processed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.**Production Leader duties and responsabilities**:- Scheduling production runs or shifts to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.- Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness throughout the production process.- Reviewing quality control reports for accuracy and addressing any problems that arise with those involved.- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that adequate supplies are available for production processes- Overseeing the production process from beginning to end, including hiring and supervising staff members and planning schedules.- Ensure all safety protocols are being followed and take corrective action when necessary.- Training and support operational staff.- Meet production goals.**Job requirements and experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in industrial processes, engineering, or related field- Fluency in English- Availability to roll shifts- +25 years old- 1+ years experience in a production leadership role- Previous experience in a similar position/industry (desired)- Proven track record of increasing productivity and efficiency while reducing costs- Working knowledge of quality control standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skill**We offer and compensation package including**:- Saving Fund- Food tickets- Gas bonus- Vacation premium- Christmas bonus- Life insurance- Health insurance benefits- Anual bonus programs- Labor Flexibility schames and more**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From $1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How old are you?- Are you currently working?- What was your last salary?- What is your English level?
