We're energized by the unlimited potential that comes from this collective coordination, the removal of barriers to access, and the future we're building towards — one that is interconnected and equitable. _If you believe in our mission to help unlock borderless growth too, come join the MetaMap team_**About the Role****Responsibilities**- Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs.- Develop & leverage metrics to inform recruiting decisions.**Skills & Experience**- Penchant towards metrics 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Ideally, in-house at a tech company/ corporate and at an agency.- Experience recruiting for Sales/ GTM/ Marketing and other roles in a technical environment sourced through various channels.- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing tools.- Solid communication, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results through an analytical and data-driven approach.- Fluent in English, Spanish/ Portuguese- MetaMap is building tools that power a borderless world where everyone has equal access to opportunity based on their merits.
