In this leadership role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven products and features while managing a team of Prompt Evaluation Associates.You'll be responsible for establishing operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, robust reporting, and ensuring our AI solutions deliver exceptional value to our clients by laser-focusing on a successful outcome.This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset, combined with a deep understanding of AI technologies (and data analytics).**What you’ll do**:**Operational Excellence**- Establish, implement, and optimise operational standards, workflows, and best practices for prompt engineering and evaluation.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency through effective reporting and communication.**Innovation & Data-Driven Decision Making**- Drive innovation in prompt engineering methodologies and evaluation frameworks.- Define, track, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and inform strategic decisions.**Technical Oversight**- Supervise the crafting, testing, and refinement of AI prompts for data generation- Support team members in understanding AI behaviours, conducting evaluations, and enhancing prompt strategies.**Requirements**:**What We’re Looking For**:- 10+ years of operations management experience, ideally in AI or tech.- 5+ years leading teams of 5+ people.- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.- Proven leadership skills with a data-driven, problem-solving approach.- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn business needs into actionable plans.- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.- Passionate about AI, machine learning, and technology.- Familiar with performance metrics, productivity tools, and cross-cultural teams.- Fluency in English (verbal and written).- Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and basic Python.- Experience in localization, classifiers, search quality rating, annotation, or QA platforms is a plus.- Strong background in data analysis and algorithm development.**Additional information**:
