Trade Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class company and make a significant impact on our operations.**In this role, your responsibilities will be**:- Fixed Asset Control, physical inventory VS documents to prove legal acquisition.- Control of electronic documents of importation and exportation.- Update Customs System (PRISMA).- Internal audit of importation and exportation pediments.- Reduce the General Import duty payment with Certificates of Origin, PROSEC or Rule 8th.- Analysis of Data Stage and work Monthly reports based on it.- Build various processes at VUCEM.- Support people of operations in compliance, customs system, etc.- Deal with customs brokers.**Who you are**:- You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.- You analyze information from multiple sources to identify problems and propose practical solutions.- You communicate clearly and confidently obligations and requirements with Plant staff, customs brokers and suppliers.- You collaborate across functions and sites, sharing guidelines and supporting others to achieve common goals.**For this role, you will need**:- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and Customs, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations or customs compliance.- Have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and suppliers.- Analytical skills to evaluate import/export operations and data information to identify process improvements.- Experience with pediments, customs law, general rules of foreign trade and related.- Knowledge of Annex 24 and Annex 30.**Preferred qualifications that set you a part**:Preferably, resides near Apodaca, Nuevo León or has no issues commuting daily to the plant, which would support closer integration with local teams and on-site operations.**Our Culture & Commitment to You**At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
