This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in customs operations and compliance programs who thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our import/export activities meet regulatory standards while supporting strategic trade initiatives.FOREIGN TRADE & COMPLIANCE ANALYST**Responsibilities**:- Support and analyze daily import/export operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican Customs regulations.- Manage IMMEX and PROSEC programs, including Anexo 24 & 30, and maintain accurate records.- Validate and audit digital and physical trade documentation, including customs declarations.- Collaborate with internal teams and authorities to resolve compliance issues and support audits.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.- Minimum 3 years of experience in foreign trade operations and compliance programs.- Proficiency in IMMEX, PROSEC, Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements, and HTS classifications.- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
