Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Be able to establish an accurate schedule related to the customer needs and service metrics that allows to the plant to execute 100% schedule attainment avoiding impact by missing parts or capacity constraints. In addition to provide effective customer service to delight customers by delivering products on time.**This position reports to**:Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Create accurate schedule considering the customer needs, mains service metrics (ROTD & Past Due Orders) and material availability according to supply chain constrains.- Provide correct forecast to purchasing team to facilitate a correct material planning strategy.- Work with different departments to achieve schedule attainment, increase ROTD, reduce the past due orders by effectively communicating with the cross-functional teams and creating strong teamwork strategies.- Identify alternatives to ship short and ensure to create WF and follow up until complete process.- Follow-up schedule attainment with operations by daily pulsing progress on execution to assure the production plan is follow as expected or to opportunely create contingency plans to correct deviations of original schedule.- Follow-up critical customer orders, from order placement to customer delivery to avoid further escalations.- Analyze and adjust FG parameters to assure SAP is reflecting plant current capacities.**Your background**:- 2 years of experience working in Planning, Scheduling & Customer Service Roles.- A Bachelor’s degree from and accredited university or college.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.- Experience with SAP.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
