Now, we are looking for a Project Director to complete our team of professionals. Job Requirements 5 years of previous experience with Project Management ; Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles; Good communicator who can skillfully manage conflict situations; Very good abilities to synthesize information and identify the key elements regarding specific problems; Perseverance and motivation to achieve goals; Past experiences : management of multi-site or even multicultural IT development projects, Product Owner, CTO, Consultant; Fluency in French and English. Responsibilities As a Project Director, you will aspire every day to : Define and implement collaboration strategy and governance; Define and foresee project environment preparation; Ensure legal basis for agreed services; Release and ensure roadmap facilitation, negotiation, follow-up and visibility; Take high level actions and decisions, and ensure follow-up for all sources (KPIs analysis, audits, improvements, internal syncs, steering etc.); Facilitate access to Pentalog platform.
