**Vacante para la empresa Más Valor en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León**:Buscamos un líder comercial estratégico y con una visión clara de negocio, que tenga experiência en la administración y gestión de equipos Comerciales de alto rendimiento en el giro logístico.**Misión**Gestión efectiva del área Comercial, desarrollando e implementando estrategias retadoras e innovadoras que permitan expandir y consolidar nuestra marca, asegurando un crecimiento sostenido en el mercado.**Principales roles**:- Identificar y capitalizar oportunidades de negocio, elaborando planes estratégicos para la expansión de nuestra empresa en nuevos mercados logísticos nacionales e internacionales en los sectores terrestre, aéreo y marítimo.- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas, de confianza y de largo plazo, garantizando el crecimiento comercial de manera rentable y sostenible, además de asegurar la máxima satisfacción de nuestros clientes.- Analizar el mercado y la competencia para detectar tendencias, oportunidades y desafíos, así como tomar decisiones informadas en consecuencia.- Liderar de manera efectiva al equipo Comercial, estableciendo y siguiendo indicadores clave de rendimiento, dirigiendo los esfuerzos del equipo hacia el logro de objetivos ambiciosos.**Necesidades del puesto**:- Experiência fortalecer relaciones comerciales con el cliente.- Amplio conocimiento de los procesos y regulaciones de transporte y logística.- Habilidad para diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales efectivas y orientadas a resultados.- Capacidad para liderar, motivar y guiar a equipos comerciales hacia el éxito.- Experiência en el seguimiento y control administrativo/financiero, así como la elaboración de informes ejecutivos de resultados.- Liderazgo efectivo para dirigir equipos y para resolver conflictos.- Licenciatura afín.- Inglés de negocios.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Transporte, Logística, Cadena de Suministro y Almacenamiento**Habilidades**:
