Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**- Lead all aspects of Software Asset Management practices within Global IT. This role will play a global business process owner, sets strategy, builds and executes plans, and manages the day to day operations within the team.- Projects led by this individual have critical impact to IT budgets and overall performance. Responsible for daily interactions with internal teams, Procurement, Finance, third parties, cloud providers, and internal business teams to ensure proper tracking and disposition of Software, Globally.- Responsible for all aspects of global Software license inventory including all associated SaaS, Perpetual, term products.- Accountability for portions of Azure cloud and optimization of impacted assets- Accountable for development and performance of 3 direct reports & provide coaching and mentor Asset management team, as needed- Identify new savings, asset management technologies, and optimization opportunities, develop implementation plan and execute plan.- Manage escalations within business teams and suppliers to ensure projects remain on plan- Lead efforts to ensure inventory data is clean and complete for all tracked assets.- Lead audit and settlement activities, as needed.- Lead Planning and Forecasting for $120+ MM budget- Provide insights into cost savings across the spend, identify savings opportunities and drive execution- Point of Contact for Software license tracking, reporting and optimization- Responsible for highly complex technologies, including ServiceNow, SNOW, internal forecasting models, and Third Party software dashboard tools.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- 8 years of IT experience including Software and Asset Management, Finance, and/or Procurement.- Preferred experience with asset management / Services tools (ex.
