Founded on a tradition of doing things right, Kempton has steadily grown, solidifying its position as one of the leading advisory firms in Europe and Latin America.**Compensation and Benefits**:- Base salary + Bonus- Meal vouchers- 12 vacation days per year (available after 6 months)- Paid holidays in December- Christmas Bonus: 30 days' salary (Aguinaldo)- Attractive bonuses (USD)- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Short Fridays (3 breaks per day)- Breakfast bar- 100% paid training**About the Position**:- Direct and supervise the recruitment team, ensuring optimal performance and achievement of objectives.- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially in the sales area.- Stay updated with labor market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of recruitment.- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment within the recruitment team.**What We Are Looking For**:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment roles, with at least 3 years managing teams.- Proven experience in hiring sales profiles.- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Strong results orientation and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.**Job Location**:- Azures, CDMXTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadExperiência:- Reclutamiento de Personal: 4 años (Deseable)- Manejo de Personal: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés fluido (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
