Our mission is to democratize financial services to ensure that everyone, regardless of background or economic standing, has access to affordable, convenient, and secure products and services to take control of their financial lives.**Job Description**:**Job Description**:**A typical day for a Technical Sourcer will include**:- Prepares target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and develops a sourcing strategy.- Works with Workday Recruit, Greenhouse or similar ATS software tools.- Partner with our talent intelligence team on talent mapping, market availability, analysis as well as our competitive landscape. Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to outline a comprehensive strategy based on this information- Develops knowledge of current marketplace and trends.- Ensures compliance for EEO/Diversity Programs.- Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping the recruiter informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.**Basic Qualifications & Interests**- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in recruiting or staffing.- At least 4-6 years of social networking experience using internet networking tools, such as LinkedIn.- At least 4-6 years of experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs.- At least 4-6 years of experience with Boolean Search Strings.- Ability to effectively set appropriate expectations with stakeholders, hiring managers, and recruiters while having the humbleness to communicate when you’re off track or need help.- Experience in developing social media sourcing strategies.- At least 4-6 years of experience working independently to meet deadlines.- Experience with talent neuron or working with talent intelligence teams- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization & in the business community.- Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.- A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goals.- Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team-first mentality.- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
