**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTION (Mexico)****In this role you will be responsible for**:- Providing technical and functional support for SAP based solutions which have been implemented across our clients manufacturing and distribution facilities across the United States.- Identify, design and work collaboratively to our customers SAP based Supply Chain Logistics solution.- Work within a larger team structure accountable for all Production Support aspects of our clients SAP based footprint.- Perform incident management activities and deliver timely solutions to reported incidents, problems, and requests.- Work collaborative with project teams in assuring successful delivery, implementation, and hypercare support for new solutions and locations.- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors- Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise- Very Clear Communications about problem resolutions and solution components with various client personnel - especially pertaining to plant/warehouse end users.**Requirements for this role include**:- Experience as an SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.- Hands on experience providing SAP functional and technical support to end user personnel.- Deep understanding of SAP Supply Chain Execution with emphasis on distribution and transportation management processes.- Deep understanding of SAP Materials Management components with preference towards experience working with manufacturing companies and solutions.- Expertise in SAP Logistics Shipping point, route determination, shipment and real time business process which includes STOs, Sale & Purchase, inbound and outbound delivery processes, picking, etc.- Working knowledge on EDI/IDOC and interfaces with 3rd Party systems such as JD Edwards.- Ability, willingness, and experience working in multiple SAP functional areas. Logistics will be primary are of need; however, providing backup assistance to other members in other functional areas will be necessary.- SAP cross functional integration experience among Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Logistics Execution, Quality Management, and Product Planning.- Significant RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) experience.- Team management and project management skills as an asset.**Preferences:**- Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture of SAP ECC (with S/4HANA desirable).- Solid analytical / problem solving skills- Preferred experience with providing production support and familiarity with associated processes such as incident management via Service Now.- Strong influencing and excellent communication skills.- Knowledge in integration points of SAP Logistics processes with other related processes such as Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Quality Management, etc.- Strong client service attitude- Strong organizational and time management skillsFully bilingual: English and Spanish**About NTT DATA
