Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Supervise day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by Customs Regulations, Trade and Compliance Laws, as well as Vertiv Compliance Department.- Provide Leadership to the team ensuring that individual and team objectives are communicated and met.- Address issues of nonperformance in a controlled and structured way, ensuring fairness and integrity- Create and maintain an inclusive work environment.- Fully utilize the individual strengths within the team to make the team stronger.- Ensure that all team members meet the required standards of performance- Ensure appropriate development, training and coaching for the team.- Ensure that an effective escalation process is in place to deal with critical issues.- Support talent management process (selection, development, and career path).- Identify knowledge & skill gaps within your team and work to Teach, Track and Develop skills so their strengths are fully utilized.- Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication.- Ensure awareness of Company rules and procedures and liaise / promote awareness amongst team members.- Manage absence within your team ensuring a consistent approach, utilizing the RTW process- Participate in disciplinary hearings as required ensuring fairness and integrity.- Provide peer input at annual performance review or other such competency review process.- Verify team members essential experience/qualification criteria for their roles.- Provide input for 3- & 6-month probationary review to be verified and signed off by Manager.- Manage all holiday entitlements for team personnel.-Experiência y requisitos- Minimun 4 year of experience in a similar role.- Minimun 2 years of experience leading teams- Anex 24 and 30- Regla Octava- End to End Customs Process- Import/Export- Logistics Process Knowledge- Advanced level of English.- Knowledge on Logistics Systems(Milenium, Vastera, etc. )- Well organized and able to work under pressure- Drive and self motivation, after hours and weekend working might be required-Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Seguro de vida- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Uniforme- Descuentos de productos- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor- Vales de Despensa-- **Número de vacantes** 1- ** Área** Importación y Exportación- ** Contrato** Permanente- ** Modalidad** Presencial- ** Turno** Diurno- ** Jornada** Tiempo Completo-- **Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes-- **Salario mensual neto** $30,000 - $36,000 MXN- ** Estudios** Carrera con título profesional- ** Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado- ** Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
