YOUR TASKS Develop and implement BMS hardware circuits (voltage/current sensing, isolation, balancing). Review layout and component selection for high‑voltage battery systems. Apply design rules to meet automotive safety and EMC standards. Perform bench testing, validation, and debugging of BMS modules. Execute EMC/EMI tests and reliability checks. Document test results and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and related standards. Work hands‑on with firmware engineers to integrate hardware with communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C). Support manufacturing with DFM/DFT execution tasks. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors/ Masters in Electronics Engineering or Power Electronics Engineering. +6 years of experience in automotive product design. Very good knowledge in PSPICE, Mathcad, LTSPice, ORCARD Capture or similar tools. Very good testing knowledge in the use of oscilloscope (trigger functions, measurements, etc) VNA, Power supplies. Megger is a plus. Experience in High Voltage is a plus. Experience in EMC tests and debugging is a plus. Fluent English skills. Team oriented.
