**Position Overview**:
For our Transformation Services, we are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Consultant who will lead strategic initiatives to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes. This role requires a proven track record in digital transformation, process excellence, and project management methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the identification and implementation of digital transformation opportunities through comprehensive process analysis, business case development, and ROI assessment
- Design and execute process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks
- Manage cross-functional project teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver process improvements and technology implementations
- Facilitate process optimization workshops with stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and project success
- Drive innovative initiatives and create a culture of continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or technology implementation projects
- Desirable certification in project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in process modeling techniques and notations (BPMN, SIPOC)
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
- Change agent who can drive organizational transformation
