Elaboration and Creation of Flow charts, Initial PFMEA, Design of Process and workstations. Develop of verification process check list, go no-go, poke-yokes & MSA implementation studies (SPC, CPK) Regular meeting with corporate to following the status for new projects / engineering changes or transferences. Lay out management (changes and revision), time studies, balancing line balancing to optimize the manning.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.- Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data- Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output- Perform process simulations- Manage cost and time constraints- Perform risk assessments- Provide process documentation and operating instructionsResponsibilities for Integral management systemTo actively participate on Integral management system audits*****SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic, Industrial, Electronic, Engineering, or related.- + 1 years of experience as Process Engineer- Electronic manufacturing- PFMEA, Flow Chart, Control plan- Customer satisfaction- Process improvement- Basic English- Engineering changes and control- Drawings interpretationUniversal Electronics Inc.
