**ACTIVITIES.**_- Implementation of process manuals, job descriptions, inductions to new entry personnel and pre-payroll.- Recruitment and selection.- Direct contact with staff (administrative and union).- Responsible for reporting indicator and staff tabulators- Employee development and training program. Control of Trainees on Company.- Perform government procedures on EHS, Designe programs to control accidents. Make investigations of incidents to comunicate to managers team.- Control of Fonacot and Information of Sireso Infonavit.- Control and disposal of hazardous waste- Control of all studies required by the authorities (Compressors, Noise analysis, Lighting analysis, emissions, Ground continuity verification, etc.)- Program and organizing health campaigns.- Medical staff consultations.- Responsible of UIRI.- Responsible of all incidents of payroll for Union and white employees.- Control of Security Services and Cleaning.- Organize Events of company.- **SKILLS.**_Personnel Administration.Strong knowledge of the labor, social security and environment policies.Excellent computer skills in WindowsExcellent interpersonal and coaching skills.Work under pressure.Leadership.Communication abilities (verbal and written)Analytical and problem-solving skills.Environmental laws.Mexican Regulations.- **JOB PROFILE.**_Psicology, Bussiness administrator HR, EHS DEGREE ( BACHELOR DEGREE)English Conversational.Social Security, Pension, Benchmarking Internal, Auditor ISO, Recruitment, Trainning and Payroll.
