It operates in three segments: Electrical, Power, and Industrial Technology.**Brand Overview**:**Posting Address**:- Milenium 304, Parque industrial Milenium**Position Overview**:- EHS Coordinator report to HR Manager, and is responsible for implementing projects in terms of Environment, Health and Safety trough follow up corrective/preventive actions using, controlling and managing provided resources in order to improve the job conditions**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Daily monitoring and EHS action plan update (Guardomation, JHA, Accidents) with Internal / external Technicians, supervisors and managers- Planned Safety tours according to Hubbell Inc and legal requirements (Federal, State, Local)- Review, monitoring and approval of High Risks permit (Work at heights, Working with Fire&Welding, Work in Confined Spaces, Working with Electricity, nonroutine tasks)- Participate in Incidents Investigation- Ghosties program Leader- Identify and correct the conditions / unsafe acts that are detected and / or reported by employees.- Multi-functional Brigade Leader in Hubbell Acme Monterrey- Ensure training process changes, facilities and / or equipment modifications- Responsible to mantain Vs Fire Pump / Sprinklers in good condition- Leader in technical investigation for equipment damage, machinery issues and safety devices to determine the root cause- Implement inmediate corrective / containment actions after accident happen after an investigation in equipment and machines as well as equipment unemployed for safety reasons- Provide Assistance for machinery guards design working with Engineering and Maintenance Department- Keep and record evidence of actions implemented of Accidents, Evaluations machinery and equipment- Coordinate modifications, equipment downtime, equipment loans in collaboration with the area of maintenance and production. Main purpose EHS improvements- Active participation in the development of Hazard Analysis (JHA's)- Supervision of Maintenance Techs dedicated to Safety, Health and Environment projects- Ensure availability of materials for projects in a timely manner. (Requisition / Purchase Order)- Main contact with Spare Parts, Safety Devices Providers.
