Also responsible for ensuring legal compliance within government rules and regulations.What a typical day looks like:- Provide leadership to the department through knowledge, experience and management of all imports and exports through airlines, haulers and customs.- May have P&L responsibility for the department.- Track international shipments and may track domestic shipments.- Provide POD’s for shipments.- May research freight issues.- Audit special need deliveries to identify issues and concerns.- File or assist with filing of freight claims for international and domestic shipments.- May maintain and update carrier routing guide.- May train various site departments on usage of carrier routing guide.- Arrange expedited shipments by request to meet customer needs.- May coordinate international truck load shipments.- May identify ways for freight and cost savings.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English oral and written.- Experience with Logistics (transport placement)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MG61Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
