Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Import/Export Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Import/Export Supervisor, the Import/Export Analyst role is responsible for providing operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the department by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, liaising with operations, customers, and carriers to ensure customer satisfaction and to deliver maximum advantage to the business.What a typical day looks like:- Reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions.- Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.- Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders.- Maintain accurate Import Compliance within the site for all inbound international shipments.- Implement and maintain a record-keeping system to comply with U. S. Customs.- Make entry adjustments with U.S. Customs when necessary.- May perform regular audits as deemed mandatory with several departments to identify, disclose, and work to fix any potential Import Compliance concerns in alignment with Trade Compliance Coordinators.- May code international freight invoices for inbound shipments, as well as domestic truck load shipments to unipersonal departments within the site.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS International Business or equivalent work experience.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Import and Export Experience.- Problem-solving analysis.- Self-leadership.- Restrictive regulations (permits).- Excel skills, reports.- Intermediate English.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceKJ12Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
