We offer a wide range of routing for our clients so they can reach their customers at any time and anywhere. In just a couple of years we’ve grown into a major player in the SMS and MMS market by focusing on delivering the most powerful platform and tools when it comes to optimizing your SMS and MMS campaigns.We’ve already got customers from almost all possible industries such as insurance, legal, e-commerce and retail just to name a few. In the future our goal is to continue the development of the platform while of course widening our customer base.**What do we offer**:At Textback.ai you will get an opportunity to show your expertise and grow it with the company. You’ll be managing our EST timezone team, making sure they are pulling out the most of our current customers as well as new customer acquisition. We’ll also offer a possibility to affect the way things are done. Everyone has their own way of making things happen and in the end, the result is what matters.We believe that the goals are achieved as long as everyone is compensated fairly for their effort, which is why we offer a competitive salary along with a bonus model. Salary will be based on previous experience and the expected results.**What we expect from you**:Your tasks will require a bold attitude and high level of self-initiative to guide you and your team to set goals. Previous experience from customer success and sales along with knowledge from the telecommunication industry is highly valued, but not mandatory. We expect you to be able to chew down on our customers' problems and to create a permanent boost to our new customer acquisition.**What your main tasks will be**:- Creating sales processes- Creating customer success processes- Communicating with clients- Acquiring new customers- Managing our EST timezone team- Helping us develop the platform further**How to apply**:Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Quintana Roo, Yuc.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
