To ensure payments are released correctly, necessary prechecks need to be performed, including potential duplicate bookings analysis, checking debit balances, payment program error resolution etc.**This position reports to**:Finance Delivery Manager - AP**Your responsibilities**:- Leading a functional work team within global hub focused on the complete, accurate, and timely payment processing.- Fully managing human resource planning, selection, development, periodic performance review of team members and creating learning atmosphere among team members.- Evolve as a trusted service delivery team, fulfilling business needs.- Hands on with payment processes, associated ERP systems, host-to-host interfaces and banking platforms.- Work on automation, process improvements.- Ensure timely and thorough execution of payment runs, with all the prepayment checks performed by the team prior to payment preparation.- Drive payment process improvements in order to achieve full alignment with global P2P policies, reduce manual work and risks within the process.**Your background**:- Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience.- Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance function, at least 3 years in a role relevant to Accounts Payable and 2 years in managing a team directly.- Sensitive to customer needs & ability to communicate proactively, including structured interactions with Divisions on payment-related issues.- Proficiency in business English.- Experience in successfully leading a similar or a higher sized team in the past (at least 2 years).- Expertise in the end to end P2P Process, involving SAP, Workflow tools, host-to-host interfaces and/or banking platforms.- Excellent communication skills as well as team handling and delegations skills.**More about us**:
