Juárez.****You will be responsible for**:- Utilize currently defined asset reconfiguration process to plan and implement projects to meet Quality, Customer Service, Rapid Transfer Implementation, and Business.- Incorporate project planning, management and execution- Drive capital, customer service, quality and cost excellence- Ensure implementation that delivers effective customer service, quality, cost and inventory results- Incorporate six sigma methodologies and project management excellence methodologies in a LEAN environment.- Ensure Valuing People through clear goals and objectives for team, development, and succession planning (roll-on and roll-off)- Ensure effective utilization of business systems and global functions- Build skills & competencies into the organization in support of future phases of the project.- Provide strong connectivity with existing core business processes- MRP Planning- S&OP- Inventory Management- Interdependent Projects- Business Planning- Succession Planning- Etc.- Gain alignment and buy-in for all recommendations- Utilize existing defined forums- Project Management Office (PMO)- Core Team Deliverables- Plant Managers- Stakeholders- Executive Stakeholders- Etc.- Project EUMDR Tasks include but are not limited to the following:- Ensure resources working on validation and non-validation priorities as directed by EUMDR Sr Managers.- Attachment and Packaging Validations- Document creation: Organize working sessions with approvers to review and align on plan and wording of documents- Ensure documents approved promptly- Validations executed efficiently and on time- MPI Ownership for Technical Documentation completion- Non-Validation activities.- Ensure documentation for justifications, retrospective validations etc completed on time- Technical Manager for organizing problem solving issues arising from validations- Meet compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirements- Provide active coaching to appropriate project associates and work stream leaders- Provide leadership and skill set development with associates within the project- Ensure development of skills and competencies for future phases of NOMS- Responsible for achieving cost management and benefits realization related to the project.**Calificaciones**- A minimum BS in Business, Finance, Logistics or Engineering.- Master’s degree in business or engineering desirable- 8+ years of demonstrated leadership in manufacturing operations/or Logistics for health care industry preferred.- Black Belt Certification desirable (in Design Excellence, 6 Sigma or Lean)- Process Excellence experience or certification preferred- Bilingual: Fluid English/Spanish- 8 to 10 years in Manufacturing and/or Logistics for health care industry preferred- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills and an understanding of business beyond core functional expertise- Demonstrated experience working globally, strong team leadership skills for multi-regional project team.- Demonstrated strong oral presentation skills to senior management.- Working knowledge and experience of process validations: IQ/OQ/PQ- Understanding of risk análisis- Strong project management skills**Ubicación principal**México-Chihuahua-Ciudad Juárez- **Organización**E.E.S., S.A. de C.V.
