This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage our category and product selection to engage our merchant and user base.Role Responsibilities:- Responsible for category and product selection as well as its information optimization for our online grocery business (DiDi Shop), to promote growth and experience.- Responsible for category and SKU performance analysis, by strategising and creating more products that are closer to user needs, and by providing data insights for product selection strategy for special consumption moments and merchants.- Create and maintain communication channels with merchants and provide professional service to ensure the effective compatibility of Category Management between multiple internal and external stakeholders.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years or more of related work experience. E-commerce and online retail is a plus.- Have excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools, able to discover business opportunities and propose solutions in time.- Have cross-functional collaborative capabilities, able to effectively take ownership of project planning and execution.- Fluent in Spanish and business English.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
