**Key Responsibilities****1 Employee Experience & Engagement**- **Engagement & Culture Programs**: Plan, execute, and continuously improve **employee engagement initiatives** (newsletters, fireside chats, team events).- **Organizational Climate & Feedback**: Design and implement strategies to **assess, analyze, and improve** the overall employee experience. Lead **engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops** to identify key trends and drive meaningful action plans.- **Employee Connection & Recognition**: Foster a **sense of community** through regular touchpoints and recognition programs.**2 Onboarding & Internal Mobility**- **Onboarding Optimization**: Reduce onboarding time while maintaining a high-quality experience. Transition key elements into **self-paced learning formats** (videos, training modules).- **First 90-Day Integration**: Establish **structured check-ins** to ensure new hires are fully integrated and aligned.- **Internal Mobility**: Support **career development programs** and internal recruitment processes to promote growth opportunities for HQ employees.**3 People Operations & HR Administration**- **HR Systems & Processes**: Partner with HR Admin to optimize and document **HRIS workflows** and ensure smooth system operations.- **HR Policy & Compliance**: Support **policy updates, documentation, and SOPs** for HR functions.- **Backup Support**: Act as a **secondary point of contact** for HR administrative tasks when needed.**4 Talent Strategy & Performance Development**- **Job Descriptions & Leveling**: Maintain and support HQ’s **job descriptions**, **role leveling** and j**ob architecture framework**.- **Performance Management**: Assist in managing the **annual review process** and **continuous feedback initiatives** that align with company objectives.- **HR Strategic Projects**: Collaborate with the HR Manager on **key talent initiatives** (e.g., **compensation reviews, talent mapping, DEI strategies**).**5 Continuous Improvement, Learning & Development**- **Innovation & Process Enhancement**: Identify gaps in HR processes and propose **scalable, impactful solutions.**:- **Adapting to Business Needs**: Stay **proactive** in aligning engagement and HR initiatives with evolving organizational priorities.- **Learning & Development**: Partner with the HR Manager to design and launch **training programs** to enhance employee skills and career growth.- **Career Growth & Skill Mapping**: Work with managers to **define key learning journeys** that support internal mobility.**- Qualifications & Competencies****Experience**: 2+ years in a **remote or global** work environment. Demonstrated experience in **Human Resources**with a focus on employee development and engagement.**Skills**:- Strong **organizational & project management** abilities.- Excellent **communication & stakeholder management** skills, English is a must.- Proficiency in **HR tools, and learning platforms.**:- **Mindset**:Proactive, problem-solving, and adaptable**—comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving company.- Shows a sense of **curiosity**through effective questioning, analytical thinking and continuous learning.- Demonstrates **persistence**by setting effective goals and adapting to change as the organization and environment evolves.- **Collaborates**with colleagues across the organization, actively listening, leveraging individual talents for the benefit of the organization and fostering a sense of belonging and respect.Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Engagement: 3 years (required)- Onboarding / Offboarding: 3 years (required)- Training / Development: 3 years (required)- Benefits: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Advanced English (required)Work Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 04/03/2025
