At **CTS Global Supply Chain Solutions**, we are looking for a **Quality Manager** with a strategic vision and deep knowledge of management systems to ensure our high standards and contribute to our sustainable growth.**Key Purpose of the Role**The Quality Manager will be the fundamental pillar for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our **Integrated Management System (IMS)**. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with international standards such as **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, and AEO certification**, guaranteeing operational excellence, environmental sustainability, supply chain security, and the health and safety of our employees. This role is crucial for continuous improvement and positioning our organization as a leader in the sector.We are looking for a professional with the following characteristics:- **Experience**: Minimum of **5 years** in quality management roles, preferably in international logistics companies. Essential experience in the implementation and management of the aforementioned ISO standards and in obtaining/maintaining AEO/OEA certifications. Demonstrable experience in integrating various management systems and promoting a culture of continuous improvement is highly valued.
