In our brand-new Quality department we need YOU if you are pragmatic and have a clear understanding of preventive and reactive Quality Management with passion for customer.- Shape the future: You will establish and develop the Quality Management and Methods for our new plant in Queretaro with focus on product quality and interface to customer.- Create a collaborative environment: You will be the interface between Quality and all the partner areas (e.g. Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Service) in the plant.- Customer satisfaction: As a member of the quality department you support that customer requirements are fulfilled and ensure that quality matters are managed professionally.- Sustainable implementation: You will drive and coordinate quality relevant activities within the plant (support and deploy Quality Strategy, Quality kpi´s)- Structured evaluation: You will report and support to improve key quality indicators.- Create a team: build up team and responsibilities- Building up a network: with lead plants and regional organizations (as QMC, ENG)**Qualifications**:- Personality: target oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open minded to work in an international team and able to adapt to regional culture- Working Practice: strategic thinking, responsible and inspiring- Experience: several years of relevant professional experience preferably in quality, prior leadership experience in project leading roles/team management as well as understanding and experience in shopfloor.Previous experience in dealing with Quality Management System, Quality tools, Process and System auditor- Knowledge: technical knowledge and experience with quality and problem solving methods (e.g. Shainin, PS)- Languages: English skills both written and spoken, Spanish will be an advantage.- Education: completed degree in engineering or similarAdditional Information- BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives_Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
