Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryJob summary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Process Engineer _- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer role involves_- process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization._What a typical day looks like:- _ Define, Implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability._- _ Identifying root causes of failures in the manufacturing process._- _ Constant contact with Client._- _ Participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues_- _ Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters_- _ Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies._- _ Trouble shoot process related issues._- _ Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements._- _ Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products._- _ Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements._- _ Develop and maintain process documentation._- _ Review processing methods._- _ Lead cost_ improvement/reduction_ programs._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Full engineer experience in Process Engineering._- _ Bachelor´s Degree._- _ English 80%._- _ Fixture backend design._- _ Assembly fixtures._- _ Flow definition._- _ Work station design._- _ Production line balancing._- _ Lean Manufacturing._- _ Six Sigma Knowledge._- _ Leadership skills and experience._- _ CP, CPK, control limits._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.PA91Job CategoryProduction Engineering
