If you are a proactive, creative, detail-oriented and passionate about teamwork and continuous learning you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth of our business.Role Responsibilities:In this role you will be responsible of:**Assist in Marketing Campaigns**: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of in-app marketing campaigns to promote DiDi Payments services. This includes coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring campaign objectives are met.**Data Analysis**: Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals (including operations and creative development teams)**Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.**Content Creation**: Contribute to the development of engaging and relevant marketing content across various channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials. Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and payments.
