Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob Responsabilities:- Manages and analyzes activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control financial resources and compliance with regulations, laws, and reporting activities.- Prepares, examines, and conforms to procedures for general ledger and payroll preparation.- Performs monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.- Develops and documents accounting policies, procedures, control processes, and financials.- Prepares budgets and forecasts and compares budget to actual costs, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.- Analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations in order to accurately represent financial standing.- Support internal and external audits for process compliance and timely completion.Experiência y requisitos**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in public accountant, accounting and international public accountant or related.- At least 1 year of experience in weekly payroll preparation.- Manage of SAT, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot processes and platforms.- Experience in TRESS system.- Proficient conversational and written english required.**Preferred Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in weekly payroll preparation.- Advance knowledge in Excel.- Experience in Tress, SAP and Innova system.**Desirable Qualifications**:- Experience in the industrial environment.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- caja de ahorro- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- uniforme**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
