Propósito del rol:

Responsable de administrar los procesos que lleven al desarrollo de soluciones analíticas sobre conocimiento de los distintos portafolios del negocio de WPB basados en conocimiento de cliente/producto/transaccionalidad que ayuden a calcular su riesgo y desarrollar estrategias de AML para prevenir la delincuencia financiera y/o malas practicas de empleados o temas de conducta.

Desarrollar, mejorar, implementar u optimizar procesos internos para reducir los tiempos de respuesta y trabajo operativo del equipo a cargo a través de las mejores prácticas en programación de base de datos que lleven a la mejora continua de los procesos de clientes internos, Stakeholders y relacionados.

Asegurar que los análisis estadísticos y de negocio se ejecuten de forma efectiva para lograr contribuir a mejorar el negocio a través de estrategias que puedan ayudar a prevenir el crimen financiero.

Gestionar y desarrollar un equipo capaz de establecer estrategias de mejora en los procesos y análisis de datos que permitan conocer al cliente de acuerdo con su transaccionalidad y con ello calcular el riesgo para su debida gestión de acuerdo con el resultado.

Liderar y gestionar proyectos de alto impacto que requieren la colaboración e interacción de las múltiples partes interesadas.

Responsabilidades principales: actividades principales y áreas de decisión:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar las actividades diarias relacionadas con el diseño de análisis estadísticos y de negocio que contribuyan a la generación de estrategias para prevenir el crimen financiero.
  • Automatización y ejecución de procesos analíticos, así como análisis de la información actual y creación de nuevas estrategias en diferentes manejadores de bases de datos.
  • Proveer e implementar herramientas analíticas de conocimiento del cliente/producto/transaccionalidad que permitan calcular su riesgo.
  • Apoyo en el desarrollo de modelos estadísticos necesarios para el diseño de la estrategia de prevención de delito financiero.
  • Analizar soluciones probabilísticas a las problemáticas presentadas por las áreas del negocio.
  • Migración de procesos de SQL a SAS, Python y R.
