**About Us****Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in various industries- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely payment- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that all orders are processed smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads- Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets**Qualifications**:- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the screen printing industry- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Knowledge of contract manufacturing and supply chain management- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to travel as needed for sales meetings, trade shows and events**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in contract manufacturing and/or screen printing- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotasAbility to commute/relocate:- 21397, Mexicali, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- We must fill this position urgently.
