**Job Description Summary**:**Summary - Main Purpose of the Position**The Business Procurement Manager engages the appropriate business leaders and stakeholders and is responsible for the execution of the sourcing strategy associated with the assigned portfolio of direct and indirect spend categories. The Business Procurement Manager ensures alignment of procurement goals with assigned business.**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**1. Ensures business needs and key strategies are integrated into leveraged category spending and that there is a clear value proposition for the assigned business to implement sourcing strategies. Works with other procurement associates to encourage consensus among various stakeholder groups and achieve objectives. Actively identifies gaps, and proposes and implements changes necessary to close gaps, which may be related to suppliers, processes, or other commercial issues. Effectively uses all change tools to facilitate the adoption of change.2. Builds credibility and collaborative business relationships at the business level with the assigned business, function, or region ensuring governance across direct and indirect spending. Partners with a wide range of procurement leaders and associates to bring together a comprehensive procurement perspective for the stakeholders. Ensures business needs and key strategies are integrated into leveraged category spending and that there is a clear value proposition for the assigned business to implement sourcing strategies in business, function or region.3. Contributes to overall functional strategy and procure to pay process improvements.4. Educates internal/external customers on various technical and procurement process issues.**Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree in related field- Advanced English- Availability for travel- Valid US Visa (Must)- 5+ years of experience in procurement field- Experience managing improvement projects- Experience with: Category strategy development and execution, strong influence and communication abilities, understanding of strategic sourcing process, supplier value management, cost management practices, championing of change and innovation and stakeholders management**Primary Work Location**: MEX Tijuana - Alaris El Florido**Additional Locations**:**Work Shift**:
