GP Strategies has delivered our innovative consulting, learning services, and talent technology solutions to over 6,000 organizations globally._**Job Summary**Supports the LMS Business Analysts and Operations Manager in delivering LMS Administration services for the client's Puerto Rico site.**Main Activities**:- Create learning activities- Modify learning activity properties- Inactivate learning activities- Assign and unassign learners- Add and remove learning activities from assignment vehicles- Inactivate Assignment Vehicles- Add learning activities- Maintain learning activities- Delete learning activities- Schedule class & sessions- Instructor confirmation- Location confirmation- Classroom scheduling- Cancel class/sessions- Roster Management- Manage waitlist- Cancel student enrollment- Substitute students- Reschedule students- Student registration (Student Registration, Batch Enrollment)- Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting- Create and schedule Cognos reports- Assist with LMS reporting for Audit/Inspection support- Course evaluation setup, data entry and reporting**Qualifications**- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (multi-task) in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment in order to meet aggressive deadlines.- Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.- Be able to perform repetitive tasks without making errors and with high attention to detail.- Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.- Must be highly customer service driven, team oriented and have a focus on business partnering skills.- Must be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision.- Must be able maintain confidentiality of personnel and business situations.- Ability to self-manage and take initiative- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English- With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature Beyond our locations, our culture focuses on performance and revolves around respect, fairness, and working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
