You will manage and implement minor updates, configuration changes, and enhancements to the platform, ensuring smooth HR processes and optimal employee experience. You will also support day-to-day operations by addressing change requests, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain accurate system documentation. Our HR Shared Services team plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class employees’ experiences worldwide.A Day In The Life Includes:- Provide project support for HR Service Delivery implementation on Service Now platform.- Act as a lead and key contributor of the Service Now HRSD architecture.- Partner with product owners, process owners, and other business leaders to build HR Service Delivery solutions.- Provide postproduction support managing the change request process and partnering with HRIS and IT as needed.- Support global HR Shared Services managing the service catalog, creating custom request forms and associated workflows.- Serve as HRSD Subject Matter Expert and provide technical guidance and best practices on process automation opportunities.- Key contributor to process documentation and training materials for SN HRSD.Basic Qualifications:- Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Admin in HR technology or HR shared services.- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD or any other HR case management/ticketing systems.- Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, employee data changes, benefits, payroll inquiries, and offboarding.- Analytical skills with attention to detail.- Communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Full proficiency in English.Preferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow HRSD configuration experience (forms, workflows, notifications, access controls).- Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management best practices.- Experience in a global HR shared services environment.- Reporting skills in ServiceNow (e.g., dashboards, reports).**Location**:- Montes Urales Norte 505, Col, Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, 11000 Ciudad de México.
