**Your Tasks**:
Hemmersbach is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our nationwide team of Field Engineers. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will manage our team of Field Engineers and ensure the successful delivery of services to our clients.
- Initiation, conception, and follow-up of national and international IT projects for our renowned clients.
- Management of teams of Technicians, Team Leaders, and Service Desk Agents (remotely)
- Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed to the project (SLA, KPIs, etc.)
- Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team.
- Recognizing and implementing potential optimization.
- Support during the implementation of the project.
- Monitoring resources and costs.
