We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.General Description:The Marketing and Product Information Specialist is responsible for capturing, editing, and distributing visual and documentary content related to the company’s products. Additionally, this role manages and updates key databases, ensuring that information is available and up-to-date for internal teams and customers.Main Responsibilities:Photography and Image Editing:- Capture professional product photographs in the office studio.- Edit images to ensure quality and consistency.- Send edited images to Product Managers for use in packaging, catalogs, presentations, and other materials.Development and Updating of Datasheets:- Create and update product datasheets with technical and visual information.- Coordinate with Product Managers, sustaining engineers, laboratory staff, and other teams to gather the necessary information.- Manage the approval and publication of datasheets on Xylem’s website.- Provide updated datasheets to customers upon request.Information and Records Management:- Develop and maintain a shared Excel document to track obsolete part numbers as part of the 80/20 process.- Ensure continuous updates to the database, which currently contains approximately 19,000 records.- Share and coordinate information with teams such as Customer Service, Product Managers, and Documentation.Skills and Competencies:- Proficiency in product photography and image editing.- Strong organizational and document management skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy in updating information.- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments.- Experience with editing tools and database software (advanced Excel is a plus).- Effective communication and teamwork skills.Requirements:- Experience in photography and image editing.- Knowledge of document management and database maintenance.- Ability to interact with various departments.- Previous experience in a similar role within marketing or product documentation (preferred).Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
