We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Legal Assistant to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**What You’ll Do**:- Work directly with Clients and Managers.- Coordinate reports and assist paralegals and clients.- Supervise and enhance customer service quality, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.- Develop and deliver training sessions related to legal processes and regulations.- Manage and coordinate legal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.- Act as the key contact between the firm and international clients.**Key Skills**:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.- Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement approach.**What We’re Looking For**:- Law degree or equivalent experience as a Legal Assistant.- 1+ years of experience in law firms or as a legal assistant.- **_ Excellent English (spoken and written)_** - essential for communication with clients.- Previous experience in team coordination and report generation.- Knowledge of various legal systems and the ability to provide training on legal topics.**What We Offer**:- Monday - Friday Shift- $25,000- $40,000 pesos a month (gross salary)- Paid online English courses.- Enjoy proportional vacation days.- Opportunities for professional development.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.Let’s achieve great things together at EquivityE04JI802n1q24082mgn
