Procurement Coordinator**Category**:Procurement**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX-**Position Description**As a Procurement Coordiantor at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to optimize savings and efficiency.- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best terms and prices, while managing supplier relationships.- Conduct RFx sourcing analysis and spend data reviews to support business decisions.- Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to proposal execution and price analysis.- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and supplier evaluations, including ERP system adherence.- Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, managing supplier interfaces, purchase orders, and discrepancies.**Required Qualifications**Need to have:- Proven experience of at least 4 years in Procurement (Indirect).- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a must.- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. Self-starter with a sense of urgency.- Knowledge of sourcing (7 steps and e-auction), showing strong negotiation skills.- Expert in Coupa.- Advanced level of English.- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.- Nice to have:- Experience with SAP**About the department**You will be part of our dynamic Procurement department, responsible for obtaining goods and services essential to our business operations.
