**Job Title: Finance Lead - Sustainability****Job Summary**: The Finance Lead for our sustainability organization will spearhead initiatives that align financial management with our sustainability goals. The Finance Lead will also play a pivotal role in supporting evolving mandatory sustainability reporting requirements and ensuring our sustainability objectives are met.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Leadership & Advisory**: Lead critical business initiatives working with staff of chief sustainability- ** Sustainability Reporting**: Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with evolving mandatory sustainability reporting requirements and enable working with CFR and business leaders- ** Capital Strategies**: Collaborate with business leaders to ensure capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused for optimal return on investment aligned with sustainability goals.- ** Financial Analysis**: Conduct complex financial analyses to support sustainability initiatives, leveraging in-depth knowledge of business operations to drive effective decision-making.- ** Process Improvement**: Drive global process improvements and policy development initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within the finance function.- ** Cross-Functional Representation**: Represent the finance function in cross-regional and cross-functional planning processes, advocating for sustainability integration into overall business strategies.**Education & Experience**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields, preferably with a focus on sustainability.**Preferred Certifications**:- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)**Knowledge & Skills**:- Strong understanding of sustainability metrics and reporting frameworks.- Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and planning.- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.- Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability.**Cross-Organizational Skills**:- Effective communication and presentation skills.- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sustainability goals.- Learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.- Digital fluency with tools that support financial and sustainability reporting.- Customer-centric approach to internal and external stakeholders.**Impact & Scope**:- This role has a significant impact on large functions, leading cross-division projects and initiatives that integrate financial management with sustainability objectives.**Complexity**:- The Finance Lead will provide innovative solutions to complex problems within established policies, ensuring that sustainability considerations are integrated into financial decision-making.
