Join the #TeamNordex**Finance Manager**:- REQUISITION ID: 4578- LOCATION: NLE, MX- DEPARTMENT: Controlling / FinanceYour profile:Qualification/Training / Titulación/Formación: Bachelor's degree in Administration or financesComplementary Training / Formación Complementaria:Profile / Perfil: Experience in finance department management in generalLanguages/Level / Idiomas/Nível: English (working proficiency) and Spanish (fluent)Experience / Experiência: 5 yearsYour Tasks:- Interface towards other functions to secure a professional and efficient work- flow between groups- Develop the group and its tasks and tools further to always align with the changing environment of our organization; and- Represent our company activities in this area of business at fairs, exhibitions, and other relevant occasions.- Sparring partner for Financial Analysts globally on project negotiation (risk analysis, review of balance of powers, set up of a negotiation strategy)- Corresponding people management tasks such as yearly feedback task (Compass) and half-year review, team member recruiting, conflict management,etcNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
